Course Art and Territory 2017

This course aims to immerse yourself in art, artistic creation and its relationship with the territory as a source of inspiration. This year has a thematic unit: the paths, which become the central axis of the activities.
Paths are linear elements that have been worn by many generations over many centuries before us. They are a witness to the human activity of our past and part of our historical landscape. Over time, paths have been transformed, abandoned or recently damaged before the construction of
Channels, reparcelaciones or new irrigation spaces. But, we are aware
Social of its value?
The paths, in a physical and metaphorical sense, are the starting point for the interventions, talks and contemporary art projects proposed by artists and teachers.
The paths are the focus of different looks to enhance our collective heritage: artistic, cultural, natural, landscaping, historical and gastronomic, intangible that communities, groups and individuals inherit because of their authenticity.
The course, of an interdisciplinary nature, is aimed at students and professionals from different fields: plastic and visual arts, design, artistic creation, culture, history, literature, teaching, historical landscape, gastronomy, communication, tourism and, in general, everyone who is interested in contemporary art, territory, culture and heritage.

Open enrollment while free places remain and until the day before the beginning of the course.
