Fragility, hardness and memory

"The artist is the origin of the work. The work is the origin of the artist. None is without the other"

M. Heidegger
The origin of the work of art, 1995.

"If the details are missing, I beg you not to imprudently reveal my rare secrets, that they do not look at my photographs if someone comes to show them, and above all, that they do not open that which is closed: destroying everything, not knowing what they destroy, with Ignorance and the spontaneity of a true affection. "

M. Blanchot
The sentence of Death, 1985.

A world, a framework of representations has been opened, where things, supported on the wall, on the ground, acquire their own rhythm and, at the same time, define another, they remember previous events that time may override and / or conserve. What the works have of spontaneous and stillness rests in themselves, in their self-sufficiency and their agitation. The thing in itself and the thing we consider to be unrealistic, imaginative, shines not only the awareness of otherness but also something even more important: it gives rise to an illumination of the word, the text, the passage, the Exhibition, from the different depths of the artist's world to the world. It shines and shines, watching from the box showing up, inhabiting a space, showing itself in its subject matter to the artistic future and hiding in its interior the time, things that remember ... It works like a day to day of his life and at the same time certify a before and after. Represents the world and measures what does not speak with his speech. The eyes have an obsession with the method, by the manipulation that they execute of the subconscious units, they skeptically install the casual connection of the art, as much with respect to the natural world as with the event of the man. "Every thing without deceit is shown as it is": its border boundary is related to reality, with human representation due to its proximity and is found in other stories, in other projects, in other realities, with the present and with doubts, with (the inexorable itinerary) of the subject itself, not only has to do with the processes of creation, but also with the experience of the subject, the artist and its particularities, visible to the latter in the gaze : attentive, at a "virgin" moment and free of prejudices, which makes possible a dialogue and provides a mental state of enjoyment and pleasure.
