Guinovart in Agramunt, is inaugurated in the framework of the Festa Major. These are days when the town explodes and Espai Guinovart wants to explode with him. That is why we present this new exhibition.

During 2013, the space was enjoyed by "Agramunt a Guinovart", in which it was the people who chose the pieces that occupy the old market in a manner that was delivered. Now Espai goes out and fills Agramunt with works by the artist to pay tribute to the town. Since we can not fill the entire village of works, we have selected a number of entities, associations and emblematic places with space to enjoy and show a representative piece. They are specific points of the town that show the community of Agramunt.

Two creations embody each one of the entities: the one is exposed within the Space; the other, at the premises of the entity. In this way, a double circuit is created: one inside and one outside. The latter allows the space to be extended by the people and that the visitor travels it by discovering (or rediscovering) the associative and historical fabric of Agramunt.

They are their ocher works with suggestive poppies, wheat, straw, stubble and field tools or posters that promote public activities that unite the artist with the town and its history, that is, its people.

The streets and entities manifest themselves as a living town that Josep Guinovart and his artistic legacy are praising. And the Space gives the town the pleasure of guarding a piece related to its history to close this cycle that has recalled the five years of the death of Guinovart. The alive people are still remembering the artist.
